• Merge onto I-68 W toward I-79.

• Merge onto I-79 S via the exit- on the left- toward FAIRMONT.

• I-79 S becomes I-77 S (Portions toll).

• Take the US-60/WV-61 exit- exit number 85- toward CHELYAN/CEDAR GROVE.

• Turn RIGHT onto ramp.

• Turn LEFT onto WV-61/3RD AVE. 

• Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto WV-61/3RD AVE. Continue to follow WV-61.
